SERVICES

  • You will receive the address in a confirmation email a 1-2 business days before your appointment.

  • No extra guests & absolutely no children!

  • There is a non-refundable deposit fee of $15 that will be credited toward your service. You can pay through the site. The remainder of your balance is due electronically. I have a card reader! Please no cash!

  • After you have occupied 1hr or more of your appointed time, you are automatically responsible for 50% of your remaining balance.

  • Due to temporary placement, there is no washbowl. Please wash & blow-dry your hair before any kind of braid services.

  • Due to COVID-19, please wear a mask for your appointment. You will not be serviced without it!

  • No same-day appointments/squeeze-ins! Please make your appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Please be on time. There may be other clients after you! There is a 10 minute grace period; after 15 minutes you will be charged a $5 late fee. After 20, you’ll be charged $10. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. If you’re running late please let me know!

  • If you don’t see a time you’d like to book, feel free to text me with the number below.

  • If you are unhappy with a service, please inform me before you leave! I want to make sure all of my customers are nothing but happy & satisfied. If a nail breaks within 72 hours of your appointment, I will fix it for free. After 72 hours, you must book under “broken nail". If you are in a rush for any reason, please do not book! I will not rush. The duration of services listed is fairly accurate, more or less. Please be mindful of this when selecting your appointment!

 Please be sure to read carefully overall descriptions and ingredients used in our products. After you have received a confirmation email and/or a tracking number, you will not be able to make changes to your order.
